Waterfowl Staging at Presqu'ile, Presqu'ile Provincial Park

This photo is of a kiosk in the Calf Pasture Day Use Area entitled "Waterfowl Staging at Presqu'ile". The significance of Presqu'ile as a waterfowl staging area is one of the reasons that BirdLife International designated Presqu'ile Provincial Park as a globally Important Bird Area. Bird Studies Canada ( bsc-eoc.org ) and the Canadian Nature Foundation ( naturecanada.ca ) are, together, the BirdLife partner in Canada. The lookup is to the right (off view). Photo looking west.
