Edwards Gardens is a former estate garden featuring perennials and roses on the uplands and wildflowers, rhododendrons and an extensive rockery in the valley. On the upper level of the valley there is also a lovely arboretum beside the children's Teaching Garden. Nature's Garden, North York, Ontario, Canada, Edwards Gardens

This photo is of the Nature's Garden. This garden recreates two distinct habitats that form part of Ontario native plant heritage. The western area rests on part of the Wilket Creek ravine and exhibits the attributes of the Toronto ravine system. The eastern part of the garden recreates conditions found on the Canadian Shield about 200 kilometres north of Toronto. Native wildflowers attract butterflies and birds.
