Photo looking east up to street level. There is a 20-step 3-tier stairway between the parking lot and street level. South access to the parking lot is at Victoria Ave; north access is at Carlton Road. The shops and restaurants on the west side of Main Street have "bullpen" parking lots behind them so you can also park there if you have a particlar destination in mind.
