Directions by Car:

Take Hwy 401 (east from Toronto; west from Kingston, Montreal) to Exit #487, "Hwy 23 Lyle St. Grafton".
Turn North on Lyle Street and drive for about 1.5 km to Academy Hill Road.
Turn left and follow this road until you can go no further. This is Massey Rd.
Turn left onto Massey Rd and go west for 500 m.
Ste. Anne's main building will be on your left.

Route from Montreal (about 5 hour 30 mins)

VIA Rail:

You can arrange to travel to the spa by VIA Rail by contacting the spa and requesting Stress Express service. You will be picked up at the Cobourg train station and driven directly to the Ste. Anne's Spa. The drive from the train station is about 16 km (about 20-30 minutes).
