The centre is a Retreat Centre meeting & event facility rentals, Artscape Lodge short-term artist work studios & accommodations, Gibraltar Point International Artist Residency Program, and Private artist work studios. The centre consists of 15 work studios, 10 bedrooms and studios, and a 5-room retreat facility in 35,000 sq.ft. of space. The centre also hosts an annual international artist residency program that provides 10 artists with 30 days of uninterrupted time to think, experiment, create and interact.
