As the name suggests, New York Fries is designed to be the ultimate fry fix. New York Fries are hand-cut from fresh russet potatoes everyday in store then, with the potato skin on, they are cooked in sunflower oil – right in front of you. Hot and crisp on the outside, as fluffy as a baked potato on the inside, the signature fresh-cut fries are also available with a hot dog or in a selection of poutines, including Pulled Pork or Braised Beef, made with real Quebec cheese curds.
